MELA curried chicken salad
serves 2
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 teaspoons curry powder
4 tablespoons avocado oil mayonnaise (we love Primal Kitchen)
3 tablespoons roughly chopped golden raisins
3 tablespoons roughly chopped toasted coconut flakes
6 stalks celery, diced
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Enjoy immediately or store in refrigerator for up to 5 days.
